En renovation d'une habitation nouvellement acquise, BF Confort m'a remplacé une ancienne installation dissociée Chauffe-eau / Chaudière gaz par une solution combinée. L'analyse de l'existant et des risques ont conduits à une proposition technique rigoureuse et ajustée. La réalisation a été soignée, dans une durée très raisonnable. BF confort est venu installer une pompe à chaleur Viessmann en remplacement d'une vieille chaudière fioul dans une longère, travail réalisé avec soins et rapidité (1semaine), personnel réactif à nos demandes, et aimable. Mr Boulard est de bon conseil et sa secrétaire experte dans les démêlés avec les demandes d'aides. Je recommande vivement cette entreprise.

BF Confort came to install a Viessmann heat pump to replace an old oil boiler in a farmhouse. The work was carried out with care and speed (1 week). The staff were responsive to our requests and friendly. Mr. Boulard is a good advisor, and his secretary is an expert in dealing with aid applications. I highly recommend this company.

Malheureusement l'avis ne sera pas très bon. Sous contrat d'entretien d'une chaudière (révision réalisée 1 mois auparavant par BF confort), pas de réponse (malgré nombreux appels, messages .. sur 3 numéros différents) pendant plus de 10 jours. Nous étions en panne de chauffage + eau chaude pendant la période des fêtes. Avec enfant un bas âge dans la maison. L'astreinte devant normalement intervenir dans les 48h (condition inscrite dans le contrat)... C'est seulement après 14 jours et un mail exprimant notre mécontentement que nous avons eu un appel de l'entreprise... Ne donnant que très peu d'explications sur la situation. Nous avons donc dû faire appel à une autre entreprise, pouvant intervenir et nous aider.

Unfortunately, the review wasn't very positive. We had a boiler maintenance contract (serviced 1 month earlier by BF Confort), but received no response (despite numerous calls, messages, etc. on 3 different numbers) for over 10 days. We had a heating and hot water outage during the holiday season. We had a young child living in the house. The on-call service was normally scheduled to respond within 48 hours (a condition stated in the contract). It was only after 14 days and an email expressing our dissatisfaction that we received a call from the company... They provided very little explanation about the situation. We therefore had to contact another company that could intervene and help us.
